What plans do you offer?
We offer four one-time VPS tiers optimized for distinct workloads: t3.micro (2 vCPU, 1 GiB RAM, 60 GB NVMe) for lightweight bots; t3.medium (2 vCPU, 4 GiB RAM, 128 GB NVMe) for larger bots; t3.large (4 vCPU, 16 GiB RAM, 300 GB NVMe) for production services; and t3.2xlarge (8 vCPU, 32 GiB RAM, 500 GB NVMe) for high-concurrency apps.
Are these recurring subscriptions?
No. All listed VPS plans are one-time payments. You get the provisioned instance and resources on order. Add-ons such as extra disk capacity and service installations are charged per unit as described.
How do I add more disk?
Extra disk is available at $0.10 per GB. To add storage, open an order from the Add-ons section or contact support on Discord. We provision NVMe volumes and handle resizing with minimal downtime.
Can you install software?
Yes. We offer installation services (for panel software, bot frameworks, Pterodactyl, etc.) at $0.50 per install. This covers automated configuration and verification so your service is ready to run.
How fast is deployment?
Most VPS orders deploy within minutes. Provisioning time depends on configuration and addon requests; manual installation services may add a short setup window.
Do you provide backups?
Snapshots are supported; we recommend scheduling regular snapshots for critical services. Backup policies and automated scheduling are available—contact support for enterprise-grade retention.
What if I need help?

Is there a trial or refund policy?
